Managing your Single Sign-on

You can enable sign-on with your Google, Microsoft, or Okta account.

 

Enabling single sign-on using your Google account

To enable single sign-on using Google:

  1. Click your avatar on the right side of the screen and select Profile Settings.
  2. Go to the Single Sign-on tab.
  3. Click Link to Google.



  4. If you have multiple Gmail accounts, choose the one that you want to link to..

To disable single sign-on with Google:

  1. Click your avatar on the right side of the screen and select Profile Settings.
  2. Go to the Single Sign-on tab.

Click Unlink from Google.



Enabling single sign-on using your Microsoft account

To enable single sign-on using Microsoft:

  1. Click your avatar on the right side of the screen and select Profile Settings.
  2. Go to the Single Sign-on tab.
  3. Click Link to Microsoft.



  4. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, choose the one that you want to link to.

To disable single sign-on with Microsoft:

  1. Click your avatar on the right side of the screen and select Profile Settings.
  2. Go to the Single Sign-on tab.
  3. Click Unlink from Microsoft.

Note: If your user account is already linked to another single sign-on provider, you will not be able to sign in with a second single sign-on provider. Also, if single sign-on is connected you will not be able to log in using your user name and password.
